Not real ones! Neither thieves that steal gentlemen, nor thieves that happen to be gentlemen, but the game themed on characters like Arsène Lupin and Raffles. Though regarding the latter, it doesn’t involve bloodlust or bashing your own head in to fool the police. Just bluffing and tricking the other players.
If it arrives in time, we’ll also have Skull & Roses, which is an excellently simple bluffing game in which you can all really mess with each other. Two points to win sounds almost as simple as the game is to explain, but it really isn’t.
We also have 2 new games fresh from the Orc’s Nest (a wonderful little board games/comic shop in the heart of London). Joining our game selection is 7 Wonders and Village.
So: four new games, tea, bluffing, and not murder. Downstairs at Lee Rosy’s, Broad Street, Nottingham, from 18:00 on Thursday the 2nd of May. If you happen to like Facebook, there’s an event page here.
